It seems like a good fall recipe, if you're trying ot figure out what to do with squash. I think I just invented it but it might be out there.
Chop up some amount of butternut squash, green beans (snow peas work good too), and carrots. Now - important - throw in a bunch of slivered almonds. Sautee in butter for 7ish minutes.
