Thanks to my friend Electro-skillet, today's lunch at work is going to be turkey sloppy joes on potato rolls, chips, and for dessert I'm going to try making mini apple pies in the toaster oven via a small cupcake tray.

Yesterday's breakfast was Justice Omelettes, which pretty much consisted of southern-style hash browns with Monterey seasoning, egg, and some more spices and stuff. Why "Justice?" Why not? Unfortunately we were out of turkey bacon. I'm not sure why I've been on a turkey kick lately, but c'est la vie.

Tonight for dinner, I'm considering white wine lemon chicken served on a bed of pesto alfredo bowtie pasta with corn and something else from the local produce stand. Then again, I may just order pizza and play DR. If I do the lemon chicken pesto alfredo deal, I'll post a recipe tomorrow, since I haven't come up with the specifics yet.
