goya adobo seasoning
Defrost meat until soft try not to accidentally cook the corners if defrosting microwave style.(eww)
Meanwhile peel the wrappers from each other carefully separating them and piling them again.
Drain and season the meat!
Mix.
Now pinch the meat onto a wrapper, roll it tightly. The ends are open end so no need to fold that in just roll it like a ... uhmm nevermind.
Anyhow now coming to the end of the roll.. get a bowl and crack the egg into there. Dipping your fingers paint whole left over wrap at the end of the roll and it should stick it closed.
After doing this to the whole pack you should get skinny, open ended eggrolls and fry it.
Can freeze it for later frying if want.
