Get yourself about 2 of the jars of cheese whiz, and about a 1lb or 2lbs of fresh crab. make sure it is shelled. Get worchestshire sauce and salt and pepper. Oh about 1/4 cup of worchestshire should do the trick, and well salt and pepper to taste.

1. Start heating the cheese whiz until it is warmed
2. Add in the worchestshire sauce.
3. Add in the crab.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes. Use a double boiler if you have one, but two pots will work too.

Add some salt and pepper to taste and serve with crackers or bread. Good luck.
