First hurricane of the season hits the day after I move to Charleston, SC.Went through three hurricanes there and decided to go back to my swamp. Move back home to Metarie (New Orleans) about two weeks before Katrina hits. Went to stay with family in Lake Charles in time for Rita. Yeah.. screw a bunch of hurricanes (I think they are after me.) I've moved to Kentucky, where hurricanes can't get me anymore. I work for Best Buy, which has been insanely helpful in relocating me, and they even gave me a cheap PC so I can play DR again (horay). But yeah, I'm back, here, and in one piece, and never going to the ocean again.

Just have to watch out for the tornadoes. Had an F2/F3 (conflicting reports, last I'd heard) tear around Evansville, IN last night.

Tornado Fun Fact #1: at least one twister has touched down in every US state, though mostly they appear in the infamous Tornado Alley (moreorless everything in the Midwest)
