I am honestly surprised that no necromancers/evil people have started up an order of the black rose. maybe cliche, but still surprised.

Been tried. The quality bad guy RPers all sorta know each other, so no real need for a group.

Also: I highly suggest that everyone who goes after Necromancers in a PvP sense should be Open themselves. To do otherwise is hypocrisy.
