Ummm, "Apostles have not said they intend to continue to operate"

Did I miss a boat here, I was at the last meeting, will be at this meeting; and we intend to operate (I personally have been quite busy lately, so had no time to organize an event), but my vice, I have been told has been organizing new members etc.
