Is there somewhere in game that I can find out about the different orders? I read something about the headquarters and being able to get leaflets but I don't know where it is and whether it was referring to all the orders or just one in particular.

Go one east of the bank in Crossing. Headquarters building is right there. Flyers for every order can be found in different arches upstairs.
