This is more of a suggestion than a complaint, but how about a way for members to remove their own badges?

Sometimes people want to resign, but the speaker or vice speaker can't be bothered to remove the badge. If you just throw away your own badge, as some people do, it doesn't remove you from the system.

Perhaps there could be a magic bucket in the Orders Headquarters for resignations. Put your badge in the bucket, and it will remove you from the scroll. (Maybe it could even announce your resignation to other members who are online.)
