Statistics 06/14/2015 01:02 PM CDT
In the last 24 hours the following number of items have been crafted from each Discipline:

Blacksmithing: 442
Armorsmithing: 101
Weaponsmithing:196
Shaping:286
Carving:317
Tailoring:246
Remedies:190

This does not count enhancements or Tier 1 consumables (ingots, shafts, cloth, etc)

I am guessing the huge uptick in blacksmithing was churning out shaping tools.

There are still 3 types of wood (all from Boreal forests oddly enough) that nobody has found yet! One rare, 2 very rare.

Can we get a list of which woods are rare and very rare? We have no real way to determine it ourselves.

Thank you very much for this list and classifications, I find it very helpful! I noticed someone posted finding Rosewood in a Tropical forest, but couldn't find it in your list. What would you say the rarity of Rosewood is?

Ahh, yeah I missed Rosewood. It is a rare tropical wood. Also keep in mind that the one-off rare wood finds can be found anywhere.

Kodius as a side not the arrowheads seem to have an invisible workability all there own anyway we could get some analyze for the teeth and what not?

I tried making Lava Drake arrows and the damage was tanked yet the elemental damage was moderate still and I believe I had all the techs for fletching.

I could be wrong but....

Re: Statistics 06/18/2015 08:12 AM CDT
Maybe that is intended? The heads add the elemental damage all of their own, but your skill adds the other damage types? It would make sense (from an IC perspective) that the magical, elemental quality of the arrows (or other weapons) may not be effected by the physical craftsmanship of the piece, while the physical properties will be.

Taking stock of its defensive abilities, and attacking with a book of apprentice carving instructions, you are certain that the dire bear is a truly skilled opponent.

Yes, I believe so. Azurelle was the last one to be found and someone found a random stick of it yesterday. The only things that aren't on E-pedia is the Fest/Auction wood.
