Hate to be a PITA, but last we heard changes get synced to TF on Thursday, and we don't appear to have Tailored Armor Repair yet. At least, there's no page in my book and pushing my armor with my needle does nothing.
The metal armor repair invulnerability issue also still seems to be present, though it wasn't exactly clear if that was actually fixed or not.
