So I got some cloud-white leather from a Hollow Eve task. I seem to recall this is good, but went to check it and there is no entry for it on elanthipedia. Can anyone confirm or deny if this item is any good?

I believe Puffy White Leather also comes from Storm Bull Champions on Taisidon, not 100% though. Your cloud-white matches the Storm-bull entry though. If you're 15 yard weights 75 stones it matches exactly.
