crafting instruction books

I haven't played with crafting in a while and remembered that the books used to rearrange their pages periodically. Did that bug ever get squashed?

IIRC thats less a bug and more a quirk of how each item is indexed in the book. Adding a new template changes that index and causes the shuffle.
