This is from the fine wood burin instructions in the Shaping book:
This item is listed as a "finished wood burin" ingredient type and is created using a wood saw, drawknife and carving knife. A crafter may also find it helpful to have chisels and some metal clamps on hand.
Chisels and clamps are a mistake. In that spot should instead be a rasp.

Ok, I think I fixed up the metal clamps to be a rasp. Please let me know if it looks good now.

Looking better, but the instructions are still a bit garbled. It looks like it's expecting there to be 2 tools:
