If you were only wearing a blackened chain hauberk your maneuvering would be somewhat (6/14) hindered and your stealth would be somewhat (6/14) hindered.
But considering all the armor and shields you are wearing or carrying, you are currently lightly (4/14) hindered and your stealth is moderately (7/14) hindered.

I just noticed something similar when checking my hindrance while wearing everything. I was (5/14) with everything yet the hauberk alone said (6/14); so I decided to take everything off and check the hindrance again with just the hauberk on. It seemed counter-intuitive at first that my total hindrance was less than only wearing a hauberk, but it especially doesn't make sense that the two hindrances are different when that is all I am wearing.
