Is it intended that the general purpose external scar healing dioica ointment doesn't heal external head scars nor external eye scars?

I'm not sure off hand. Do the other general area ones heal head/eyes?

I am pretty sure, belradi heals internal head scars. Cant remember, i it also handles internal eye and nerve scars, but i think so.
