I'd posted about this one several months back and wrote to dr-events@play.net on two or three occasions with no reply, I presume it's still valid however. I won it from a grab bag on the Romancing the Seas fest/quest several years back and only had the chance to redeem the custom title portion of the voucher during the event. A few years back I saw Minackey about it and she indicated it was still good, however I was unable to attend due to real life scheduling conflicts.

The note from Minackey:
/mer my note;"Greetings! Takeover Artist Minackey has scheduled a session to redeem special vouchers. Her notes indicate you currently hold a voucher for one of the following merchants: Steck, Flargo, Horatius, Droughtman. Please make every effort to attend!" (OOC: The session has been scheduled for Saturday, August 15 at 3pm EST and will take place at the Gilded Unicorn Inn in Kaerna Village.)
