A herald arrives at the Quadrangle in Therenborough, making his announcement:

"Some crates have been placed outside the drawbridge of Theren Keep, allowing those who requested to make donations to do so. His Grace, Baron Gyfford, as arranged for some payment for those willing to add to the supplies, and they should speak to the clerk onhand following their donation."

His work complete, the herald crosses over the drawbridge, returning to the Keep.
