I hope this letter finds you in good health.

I am aware, as you may be, that a trial of one of Therengaria's own is pending. This appears to be quite the affair. It is, however, his Grace's affair and I expect each of you, as our great Father-King's servants and loyal allies to his Grace and his children, to respect the sanctity of the event and not interfere in any way with this.

My earnest advice is to not attend this trial and to go about your business as friends to Therengaria. This is not an affair for the King's children to interfere with or to even have to witness. We trust his Grace's judgment regarding his own as sacrosanct.
