Would it be too much to ask for the option to volunteer to be on the assassin list as a target, but not be offered any contracts yourself? This would allow someone to roleplay a character that is constantly hunted by assassins while he himself is not engaging in contract killing. And this would be different from just being open pvp stance since it would allow your engagement to be somewhat evenly matched.
