Thank you for your correspondence. I am truly saddened to hear of the recent news in your fair city. Per your request, I shall stop by at the earliest possible convenience to appraise the destroyed homes and acquire estimates for reconstruction efforts. The Estate Holder Council will provide funds for the necessary cleaning and stabilization of the Halfling Corner. Should you decide to attempt improvements to the neighborhood post recovery, you are free to submit an application through the regular channels.

I humbly request that you please keep me updated in regards to the pending criminal investigation. Should the case be considered arson, the Council will need to make additional inquiries.
