Since no one's still found it yet, here are a few hints:

1) It is a shop inside another shop.
2) It is not in a place one might expect; in fact it's probably the last place you'd expect.
3) However, if you consider certain pseudonyms the guild uses, it actually makes sense.
4) The Queen of the Garden guards the way.
