Two more of the rumored Estate Holder Council members were reportedly spotted in the
Crossing area last evening. Though no one stopped to inquire about their business
or confirm their identities, the rings they bore were evidence enough of their
status. The pair seemed particularly interested in the Strand and the veranda,
though what their specific interests in them were is unknown.
