The knife of a sand sprite, a shield from a swain, a box from a hatchling, the tusk from a razor sow, the skin from a snow goblin and the pelt from a leucro.

Those were the items being sought tonight in the first ever Lower Reshalian Hunt! Congratulations to Mage Elysen for being the first to retrieve the items and be awarded her prize of 25 platinum lirum. Cunning, resourcefullness, and teamwork were all required to retrieve all the items. The shield was the hardest to come by, being that swain's armor generally disappears when it falls (if they even carry a shield/buckler at all). Elysen brought in a good substitute.


I'm looking to hold more of these in the future. The Hunt is geared towards the young and new to the islands. I am more than willing to accept donations/help/advice towards making the event better each time. Tonight there were only two participants and one ended up dropping out.

This one was done spur of the moment but a scheduled weekly event is definitely on my mind.
