How about a crystal orb that lets you store buff/ward spells in it to be invoked at a later time in order to spell up instantly? For instance, you would take the time to spell up normally, then tap the crystal or charge it. The crystal would rip all the spells off you and store them within it (you would need to recast them on yourself normally after that). Later, when you need to spell up quickly (before a spar, invasion, etc), you just invoke and it instantly spells you up, if you're missing any of the spells that were stored in the orb.
