A good way to get open quest runs added would be to contact quests and let them know which quest you're interested in and some times and dates that might work for you.
quests@simutronics.com The other option is, if you are a friendly sort and the folks who paid for the locked runs are friendly sorts, perhaps they'd be willing to share the login key for a quest run or two, so you can join in.
