Why are the 3 robed variants of Elpalzi mages not trained in the ways of magic upon Perceive? Is it an oversight or a mechanical necessity or a lore thing?

All magic using creatures are like this. I don't think they're coded with a mana type.
You sense that the goblin shaman is not trained in the ways of magic. There are no spells on the goblin shaman. The goblin shaman has no spell prepared. Roundtime: 3 sec.
You recall everything noteworthy about a goblin shaman... which is apparently nothing.
They are known to cast Ethereal Shield, and Fire Shards.
They are known to carry loot in locked boxes. Roundtime: 2 sec

Yeah. Moon Mage perceive probably checks a PC's guild bit (and then does a secondary check for necromancers), which critters wouldn't have. I imagine its even odds that the fields of the creature record are in the hardcode and not scriptable.
