Maelshyve is dead or dying, but her warped soul may yet be probed for secrets that could aid us. Philosopher Yvela extends an invitation to her allies and to scholars of all persuasions to join her on a return expedition to the site of one of Elanthia's greatest fallen foes. Collaborative exploration of that extraplanar demon-space may reveal clues about the nature of other planes and the bizarre lifeforms that exist outside of the Plane of Abiding. In addition, re-examination of the device known as the Philosopher's Knot may determine whether the lost remnant of Osven's soul can be liberated from it.

OOC: As the description suggests, everybody is welcome, though I caution anyone with under 300~ish combat skills. The path we'll be taking in and out is pretty risky and and teleportation warded, so getting rescued from the outside is really difficult.
