I'm sure I can speak for all the Guard as well as the other Therengian units when I say that while we may have issues, when it is a case of defending the land we all come together and act in the best interest of the Baron.

And malitias has been changed to militias.

All the units work pretty well together and have for many years. Better communication and organization should be a constant thing to which we can improve.
