Question: Does the medicated bandage repair missing limbs if that is what the bleeding wound is? (I am mostly thinking about missing hands from sorcery casting)
Question 2: Any chance we could use potency crystals on cambrinth items to increase max storage capacity and the duration before mana is lost? I am thinking maybe 15-30% increase in storage capacity for each stone with a max of 3-4 stones, and a similar change to the duration mana will last before leaking.

The spell Seal Cambrinth sold at the Crossing magic shop does exactly this. It gives a flat 30% increase in capacity and also prevents leakage for 30 to 90 minutes based on the strength of the spell.

Using potency crystals to increase mana storage capacity in cambrinth items would be really nice.

Just saw that DR-ZADRAES was posting, so I thought I would re-up my question about the bandage from this morning on the off chance that you missed it in the pile (want to make sure it will address my use case before spending the bloodscrip).

As for the suggestion/question about potency crystals and cambrinth - I will just note that seal cambrinth << what one could imagine a set of potency crystals allowing. Also re-casting seal cambrinth every 40 minutes is somewhat annoying. I would probably even use a one crystal addition that is just a permanent seal cambrinth.
Finally, GM responsiveness to all the player feedback and questions has been amazing during this event. Thank you.

If it's a bleeding wound (bandaged or not), it will be fully healed and leave no scars behind. Missing hands still bleed.

Thanks to Zadraes, we have some more information on how the bandages work on the wiki for your browsing pleasure: https://elanthipedia.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Item:Medicated_bandage
