It looks like there is no TC housing in the Plat instance, none of the allegedly residential areas are actually residential.


[Old Throne City, Mahkra Alley]
Cracked paving stones underfoot are bordered with lines of withered, yellow weeds. One section which has partly sunken into the ground holds a shallow pool of scummy water, filled with desiccated leaves and other debris. Buildings on either side make the available light sketchy at best, casting the entire alley in an eternal and miserable gloom. You also see a crooked alleyway weaving back towards Mir'Aevar Jegu.
Obvious paths: east.

You look over the area and notice that it does not appear to be a residential neighborhood.
