Would it be possible to let anyone (who can enter the room) see the menu options, regardless of home ownership or compatibility?

I am trying to update Elanthipedia, but I can't see the menu options for knoll-style home exteriors unless I own one. I don't want to claim homes (that other people might actually use) on throwaway alts just to document shop inventory.

In the meantime, is there someone with a middle-class knoll-style home who would be willing to post the menu options at Fillop's Knollshop in Arthe Dale? I'd like to add these to the wiki, but I couldn't find a middle-class knoll to claim.
