Glancing over Shard and Ilithi in general I'm noticing a serious dearth of lower class housing in the province, which is a bit of a shame. Undershard is basically made for this sort of thing, so any chance some shanties/shacks/etc or even apartments could be added to some of the areas that already exist down there? You've got the inn and such plus various spots around the Grey Market that might be suitable for that sort of thing.

(It'd also be nice if the inn+teashop could be made no-critter, but that's another story I suppose.)
