I would like to transfer my free standing cottage in Theren to someplace else. I have found a home with residential rooms in it.

My current home has a river stone fireplace and a window. Does anyone know if, in downgrading from the free standing structure to a room in a building, the window and fireplace will cause issues? Also what might be the charge for moving the home? I know I have to go to Crossing to do the move, but want to be sure I actually have enough coin before I start the process.
