Are there any shops for customizing the exterior of a tree-like home?

I know you can add decorations and such, but I was wondering if I could change the type of wood that my tree house is made out of.
There happens to be multiple trees of the same type of wood in the same area, so its always a guess of which one happens to me mine.

I know when I had a freestanding house, I could choose both the noun and the adjective describing your house, so as long as your neighbor isn't purposely trying to copy you it is easy to have a unique home.

As far as I know, all tree-like homes happen to use tree as the noun, and the type of wood as an adjective.. (some have scarred, ancient, and other descriptors too, but they aren't used in identifying a tree, just the last adjective, as far as I know..) so that limits you to just customizing the adjective.. unless they changed the noun to be the type of wood, like a giant oak, or hyphenate them.. ancient silverwood-tree.
