I like the idea of lowering the number of actions required to lock a skill. Perhaps a "new" version of alternate experience.
However, I DON'T ever want to see leveling up in DR take place with a rapidity like World of Warcraft's. A year, at most, and everybody in the game would be 150th circle. The AFK scripting policies exist SPECIFICALLY to prevent something like that.
