Tingle vs armless critters 01/19/2013 01:46 PM CST

I really like the new tingle: it has a big, quantifiable effect that is desirable and it drops held weapons. Handy. However, it doesn't work on things with no arms. I can see the 'dropping things' effect not working because they have no arms, but they still have a nervous system to de-coordinate, right?

Does that not reflect that tingle made the viper overall easier? Or am I having another flash of stupid?
