esoteric cyclic debilitation (Mind vs Will), prereq of PV, 3 slots

While in effect, whatever targets are in your direct field of vision (facing and flanking, but not behind you) will be plagued by a series of horrific nightmares.

These nightmares can cause a variety of effects:
* The targets believe they are experiencing their own personal nightmares. Targets fall over stunned, curling up into a fetal position.
* The targets believe they are covered in rodents. Targets drops held items to focus on swatting away the infestation.
* The targets believe they are being chased down a hall. Targets take a temporary defensive/fatigue hit, as if they are actually trying to FLEE from battle
* The targets believe they are trapped in a shrinking room. Targets lose positioning/balance due to not taking full advantage of their combat surroundings.
* The targets believe they are not ready for an exam at Aesmath Academy (it's finals!). Targets lose concentration and any spells that were being prepared.

Awesome idea, I think you could go a lot of different directions with it. I love the idea of a cyclic melee debuff.
