Not really a good idea to factor sect specific styles into something like SoI. Plus SoI only affects abilities or spells cast by you, and seeing as we have no spells that boost brawling its kind of a moot point at the moment anyways. SoI doesn't affect learning rates.

P.S. Predictions don't use the SoI, every prediction acts as if the skill was within the SoI.
