Just a brief summary of 3.0 changes you may want to look into that for the most part didn't make it into the documentation (Sorry, I'm behind. I'll do write ups for Elanthipedia within a few days assuming nothing terrible goes wrong).
The new prediction system is out, though currently charts, bowls, tokka and prisms are not updated. I won't go into all the details here as I've done so before and it would dominate this post, but please test it out.
New functions are align split and align transmogrify. Both should have help documentation in game, and be aware that transmogrify in particular takes a lot of skill.
Some other new toys for you to play with include recall heavens (That should be working, but the recall system is very much a work in progress so don't be surprised if it acts weird, but still report the bugs please), perceive teleological, perceive mana, enhanced sensitivity to moon rise times.
I also released the Tezirah's Veil spell last night as well as some tinkering with the Teleological Sorcery fundamentals (And a slew of bug fixes to TF and SET if you played with either of them earlier in test) - the most visible change will be that holy TS spells (TF and TV) actually use lunar + holy, and elemental TS spells (SET) use lunar + elemental.
