Armor Learning Changed? (Prime 3.0) 01/18/2013 11:34 PM CST

So tonight I noticed, immediately after magic was turned off, I can no longer learn LP(brig) in Gryphons.

I have an LP great helm on. HC greaves/gloves and hp elsewhere.

My plate is about 20 ranks ahead of my plate, locks up.
My chain is about the same as my LP, locks up.
My LP stays at 1/34

I want to note that when I hunt I tend to watch my armor rates and until the event, my LP locked up as quickly (to my eye) as my HC. Suddenly its very different, can someone poke into this?

I went to the harder clan chiefs/reivers/raiders (2nd floor) and let them beat on me. Lots of them can score nice hits on me, plenty hit my head. After thirty minutes, HP/HC remained locked, LP was 1/34.

I think this is something unintended in preparation for tomorrow, but cant be sure.

AFAIK nothing has been touched in Prime for months regarding armor and combat and skills :/

Seems ok on test right now, so its probably moot.
