Casting vertigo doesn't seem to give any experience whatsoever. I tested all the other debil spells in the wm book and they're teaching fine.

This didn't teach anything:

>prep vertigo 54
That will disrupt most of your current attunement!
You trace a hasty sigil in the air, shaping the pattern of the Vertigo spell.

>cast
You gesture at an Adan'f blood warrior.
You meticulously alter the air flow and pressure around an Adan'f blood warrior's head.
An Adan'f blood warrior suddenly turns pale and begins to look unsteady.
The complementary nature of the spell empowers you.
Roundtime: 2 sec.

However, this DID teach:

>prep vertigo
Since you're not feeding enough power into the spell pattern to make it coherent, you quickly work your way to the minimum required.
That won't affect your current attunement very much.
You trace a hasty sigil in the air, shaping the pattern of the Vertigo spell.

>cast
You gesture at an Adan'f shadow mage.
You meticulously alter the air flow and pressure around an Adan'f shadow mage's head.
An Adan'f shadow mage pales for a brief moment but fights off your spell.
The complementary nature of the spell empowers you.
Roundtime: 2 sec.

Just thought that was odd.

OK, I have to ask. What's the string when you cast the opposite element than you're ?aligned? to? Please tell me it says diminishes you. :-)
