Earlier I spent all but 67 of my tdp's, but then I ranked something and I looked and saw that I had gained over 8000 more. With each rank I gain I get a bunch.
I just saw this again this morning on 2 skills I gained ranks in, parry and arcana. I thought it was due to my original conversion, but now that I see someone else posting I thought I would jump in. For now, ill help test out high level stats, heh.

Okay, as a test I went and spent all but 153 of those 8099 (MYSTERY) tdp's. I then logged out cause --- that's what you do when you train stats. When I logged back in I had 3723...a net gain of 3,570 tdp's...
