re-posting this here from the general bards folder to see if all the skills involved in TEACHING this ability have been translated into 3.0:


As a bard, I just learned the first throw voice ability from the usual source.

However, when I try to teach it to a thief,<I know the proper syntax>, I get messaged the following:

<<You've not truly mastered it enough yourself to be able to teach it to anyone.>>

Skills & stats:
Performance: 182 52.08% clear (0/34)
Scholarship: 168 90.54% clear (0/34)

Charisma : 30
Circle: 40
Discipline: 25

<this is in 3.0 platside>.

Any idea on what I may be missing?
