Noticed recently that Khri Meditate's bonus exp if you are over 80% concentration is only using base concentration.

So, if you use Khri Plunder (disc buff) you might actually be over 80% effective concentration, but not your base, and would not get the bonus exp from meditate.

This might be intended, I'm not sure, just wanted to mention it.
