Having had a brief word with Socharis, I know that SLS in test is unfinished/polished atm so Im not commenting on damage or anything like that.

However. It does seem to be schizoid over what skill it actually teaches. So far while ive gotten TM to dabbling, Ive gotten augmentation to 3 and debilitation to as high as 4 and warding/utility to 2. My best guess at present is that it appears to pulse a random magic skill out of the 4, but tm actually being the least? I dont know, but there you have it Socharis! Good luck O.o
