Should Abandoned Heart still teach both TM and Debil, or is it switching to be a strictly TM spell? From what I can tell, it still has the fatigue damage, spirit damage, and stun, but I can't tell if it still debuffs Disc/Stam. Even if it doesn't, the stun effect means it should teach Debilitation, right?

It's strictly TM now.

Nope. Just spirit damage + fatigue. The stuns you're seeing aren't a deliberate part of Aban, they're just a consequence of the combat system. If you hit something hard enough, you'll stun it, and it doesn't matter if you're hitting them in the face or in the spirit.
