I agree. Further I believe we should get a weekly list of names of those busted and how many ranks they lost so we can point and laugh and catcall, generally feeling better about myself because someone else got pwnt in the face.

That will never happen. Just like you will never know if a GM script checked someone you reported or if it failed/succeeded.

I think it is, probably most of the time people think they aren't going to get caught or with the, "it's won't happen to me" approach.
But when they do, they probably wish they didn't do it.

The other scenario I can think of is that they are training a lower level character on a separate account and don't care as much?
