I recently purchased a windows 10 computer. I noticed that I am getting a document in my documents folder with my characters name on it every time I log into DR. The document lists my characters worn inventory multiple times. The latest document can't be deleted because it says it is in use by stormfront.exe. I can delete all previous versions of the document. Is there something I can, or should, do to stop this from happening?

If I remember correctly, there are a few icons next to each window in the Stormfront window list.
One of them allows you to turn on/off logging for the windows.

It sounds like you have logging turned on for one of the windows.
I am guessing you had Stormfront open when you were deleting those files, so it let you delete the old ones but not the current one because Stormfront had it open for logging still.
