Anyway I think what I did was add an extra space between ASK CLERK FOR CHOOSE and the name. Though I did get a different message wben I knew there was an extra space. Anyway I logged the character in question out to check something, logged her back in, tried one more time before giving up and poof, It worked.

So I'm not sure what I was doing wrong. The name was spelled the same with the same spelling and capitals as the first time.

Maybe I'm the one that needed another coffee. All is well now though but thank you for the quick response.
